We are Hysteric Flora Limited, trading as Lickerish Library. We are a company registered in England & Wales, with company number 10854230. Our registered office address is Ams South Street House, 51 South Street, Isleworth, England, TW7 7AA.
As a company located in the UK, Lickerish Library is subject to UK data protection law and is regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the regulator responsible for ensuring organisations comply with their data protection obligations.
We are the controller for your personal data (which means we decide what information we collect and how it is used). We are registered with the ICO under number ZB471733.
Whenever we collect, use or share information about people located outside the UK we comply with any additional local laws that apply.

6. Required Period
We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed, we delete it.
When we consider how long to keep your personal data, we will consider whether it is still necessary to keep it for the purpose which we collected it or whether the same purpose could be achieved by holding less personal data. We will also consider the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data and the potential harm to you if there was an incident affecting your personal data.
7. Backup & Data Storage
For administrative reasons, customer data and email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with third-party service providers. This is done to backup and preserve your data where it is needed to carry on offering a service to you.
Sending your information outside the UK
We will only transfer information outside of the UK where we have a valid legal mechanism in place (e.g. by using contracts approved by the UK Secretary of State).

Lickerish Library will also not action a request where we have been unable to confirm your identity (this is one of our security processes to make sure we keep information safe) or if we feel the request is unfounded or excessive.

8. Email Updates
We regularly email website news and information updates to those customers who have specifically subscribed to our email service. All subscription emails sent by us contain clear information on how to unsubscribe from our email service. Our email service is an opt-in service only. This means to subscribe you must enter your details into the email subscription page and submit them to us.

All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us. All such emails will also include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service and any future emails.
